Railcar Rotary Dumper aka Wagon Tippler

The Rotary Railcar Dumper is an efficient device for almost all rail car off-loading applications, especially effective for high-speed automatic dumping of rotary coupled cars. Custom designed, this cost-effective, all-purpose workhorse can be utilized for random car applications. The Railcar Rotary Dumper requires low horsepower and has very low maintenance demands. It can be employed in low or extremely high throughput plants. Dumping cycle times can be as fast as 30 seconds per car, and when used in a tandem configuration, tonnage throughput can reach 10,000-plus tons per hour.

The Railcar Rotary Dumper, like all H&P rotary dumpers, can be equipped with various accessory equipment such as the industries only certifiable weigh scales, vibrators, car retarders, wheel chocks and car reading device. Optional choices also exist for drives and clamping systems. Railcar moving devices include our Cub for low capacity, indexer for medium usage, and train positioner for high volume applications. These railcar movers can be used with or without rotary dumpers
